Swallow Of Moon ~*Marge Tindal*~ Tiny Sips are simply not enough to quench this thirst of moon I need to swig a swallow and I need to do it soon ~ pop a top and drink my fill as full as I can go ~ it's the only way that I can think of on this night ~ to see I get it right her glow now serves to make me mellow and I'm in thirst for a taste of yellow ~ gulping quickly for I think that she's the grandest drink ~ and she fills me so ~ bright the fizzy has me in a pure tizzy so I drink in her merriment knowing full-well she is heaven sent ~ to tease my senses with her tantalizing glow ~ so I take a long swill and savor her still before she must go ~*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

To take a swallow of the moon will cause unrest, for you will aways have that heavenly quest to pull that silvery globe to your breast....gentle smile |

Marge, I love the moon and this was a beautiful way of "taking it all in" shall I say? 'pop a top and drink my fill' That's what I feel like I am doing each time I look at the moon! Love it! Hugs Cindi God is our inspiration; Words of the heart can be music to our ears |
