I’m so Hungry

I’m so hungry
but there’s nothing in the fridge
except waffles, eggs and pepperoni
fresh garlic, a bottle of vodka
maybe an onion, habenaro
and though I’m quite brave
when it comes to omelets
perhaps I’d best go back to bed

Sounds like my lunch, except for the Vodka, oh well throw it in too, let's party.

hmmmm
I could handle the hot omelete...would make the waffle edible...
But the Gimlet? I'd pass on that.
On the other hand, I've never done a breakfast poem...

It seems to me you could make up quite a delicacy with those ingredients, and if it didn't turn out quite that way, if you thread through between sips/gulps of vodka, who would care?
