Heart In Hand See the tears run free Hear my call echoing Love I have, always had To you my heart I gave The only heart I have It bleeds for comfort Always pushed away With heart in hand Scars all over Soul thirsty, calling What to do Where to go If I leave that heart And close my hand Would you care for it And all I'll ask Is to see your smiles Shine through your eyes Then I'll re-open my hand Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love |

JD~ This just emotes such deep feelings. Very tenderly portrayed. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Daniel, wow this was beautiful and yet bittersweet... "If I leave that heart And close my hand Would you care for it And all I'll ask Is to see your smiles Shine through your eyes Then I'll re-open my hand" awesome stanza...i really could FEEL this one. you have left me without many words, so i'll just say beautiful!! take care. amy "but i see your true colors, |
