Your eyes they hold the mist of sorrow
My heart it fills and weighs as lead
I offer arms to soothe your grieving
We speak but not a word is said

I, with seldom right the answers
Am but just a normal man
I seek to love and feel contentment
I try, I do the best I can

Cry not for the words unspoken
Hold some joy in words we speak
This world, its wonders are awaiting
Each joy and blessing let us seek

For days can turn from right to ruin
Life can turn with moment’s speed
Let’s find the strength; let’s face the morrow
Be strong enough our wants to feed

So wipe away your tears of sorrow
Find your wings, come fly with me
Let’s hold the love we share together
Let’s help our love forever be
