Through nature I saw you
So vividly before my eyes
You were the early morning rays
As the sun began to rise

Were those your eyes I saw
In the clear blue mountain stream?
Of were you part of the beautiful rainbow
And all the colors in between?

I was aware of your velvety touch
In the warming Summer's breeze
I'm sure you were the flowers
That almost made me sneeze

I see you melt over the horizon
In the shape of the setting sun
Now I know that in nature's beauty
You will continue to live on
