Dreaming With The Daffodils By: Noah Eaton Take me to a place where the meadow is fruited with the sweetest of romance Where sweet words of the world whisper in the windrow of silver and gold Show me a place where the morning star dances in the moonlight, bestriding above the mountains and back again Singing in perfect consonance with the daffodils, which raconteur tales as old as time as gold as new The water flows like honey down from the top of the mountains It gushes from the waterfall and pours down to the emerald hanging lake The rain begins to fall and it is hailing pearls and diamonds Which fall into this treasure cove as geysers sprout out from the water and nature’s maestros sing together with the beauty they’ve made Show me a place where lovers embrace in harmony and hearts melt together in the heart of the day An afterglow of beauty whispers through the air from the trumpets of the daffodils, keeping lovers together for all eternity Stars of euphony convolute the evening sky and smile shimmering light down upon this majestic myriad Lay me down here, cover me with this blanket of stars in the heart of this wonderland Hearts are met as cupid rain showers down upon everyone as they celebrate Spades of love and wisdom unearth the beauty of being Diamonds of the rough are gathered and are cherished throughout the day Clubs of joy and fortune grow all throughout the prairie, many with four leaves Follow me to a place where the voluptuous music of peace always plays and plays endlessly Eucalyptus leaves and remedies flood the world with medicine and rids the world of pain and sorrow Where unicorns paint the ladder of light to the heavens above, for us to climb and see Everything that we have always longed to see… Rain of laughter, snow of comfort Thunder of determination, lightning of soul Hurricanes of change, fire of love Tidal waves of secrets that are yet to be told Believe in this dream now, for maybe someday we could find some of this magic Dream with me now, and maybe someday we will Seek the key to this destiny, it’s difficult but it could come true someday I’ll always be dreaming with the daffodils Dreaming with the daffodils Dreaming with the daffodils… Copyright 2000 Noah Eaton 11/24/00 |

Noah, when you dream, I get swept away in the tide. Dream on as daffodils crown your morn. Kethry Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Patty Hansen. |
