The Birthday Girl
my little friend
she sure hopes
all her buddies
drop in.

Light red hair
sun bronzed skin
what a festive mood
she's in.

Many days we've played
in the sun
but birthday's are
a special one.

We'll splash and float
and try to swim
me and my little
birthday friend.

We'll light the cake
she'll wish for "him"
*sigh*
and then blow out
all 61 of them!!!
