Just the Blues |

It’s nothing, really. Go to work, let me stay home just for the day, to cry and sleep. Why so glum? Wish I could tell you, I see the concern in your eyes. Maybe it’s the heat, I say. I always did prefer the brace of cold, sea breezes; and driftwood art that washes ashore as if sent by God. In this summer dustbowl, the wind is a fiend that carries sparks, and everything burns. I guess I don't fool you, though, with my ruminations about life.
