Bitter sky burning eyes Irony life too cruel no words balm wounds emotional bedsores all things must move denying atrophy inspires anger but the world rains only tears this day forever choked on heartsblood die a million dreams this day this horrid day known now and forever as Black Anniversary [This message has been edited by DreamSeeker (edited 05-22-2001).] |

This is a vivid poem. But I've not heard of the Anniversary..what does it commemorate? |

It is a very special, very personal anniversary. One that only two people could know about. A time when all things were possible, undeniable, apparetnly unstoppable even. It only turned black this day. And I do not how to change it back to what it once was. |

Listen to your heart, I am sure the answers will surface with time, powerful poem. Take care and I hope that the anniversary will once again retain its beauty "across the unfair divide |

Akin to receipt of a letter edged in black.... have faith, that you may one day again soon see, the silver and gold.... |
