Sometimes I dream away Sitting in this dark corner of my garden Surrounded by the things I love Special place it is to me In the early hours of the day Incredible silence, universe still sleeps I wonder what life should have been If other choices were made Thinking of times gone by Tender memories of children growing up Tears shedded when I felt misarable This place I call my own A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... Titia How easily I could relate to this as I too spend many hours in my garden and have written many poems about my love of nature. I thought this was beautiful..........Sue Suetang |

It's so wonderful to have a place like that...I know the feeling! The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up |

Hi Titia, That bench in such pretty surroundings looks like the perfect place to sit and write. We've all thought about the "what if's." I'm glad to be where I am. Thank you for this. I enjoyed it much. Michael Proust- |

This is wonderful, and I too have such a place so I know how wonderful it is to "park" myself outside in the garden. This was lovely. ~*~ Remember to tell someone today that you love them as tomorrow may never come ~*~ |
