For Just One Day

For just one day
Spent with you
There is no price to great to pay
If it meant I would have to quit breathing
To be with you
I would gladly give it up
For in your arms.... I would start living
If I were to look upon your face only once
I could give up my eyes
And live upon the memories
My world would end today
If you refused to be with me
Every time we talk
I want to save every word
Cause they mean the world to me
Honey I wish I could be there
To catch every tear
To calm your fears
Let me wrap you in my arms
They may not be as strong as some
But baby, once you are in them, you’ll never be harmed
For I will keep you safe and secure
I would die for you my Love
When you are sweet and demure
I get lost in your love
For you I would endure
Anything life throws at us
As long I knew I would have you
I would take on the world without any fuss
What I am trying to say baby
I will Love you for a very long time
