The Day Returns In the dark of the night pain stirs Heart suffers lonely hours The sun dawns for another day Returning to light a memory astray Sifting through life's corners The pain is put aside for the after The cold of the morning feels the tears A step at a time for there are years Struggles surmounts once a face, a smile Torrents of sorrows, the sky still so high Good to be achieved, boundless fear Regrets forgotten melodies of past love reappear As the winds of time blows a chill, return sorrow The sun sets on another day, where's tomorrow Into the night again, the darkness refills Trembling in tears until the day returns Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love |
