Silent Eyes we spoke the words, have traversed anew all the motions, we know what we heard as I love you swept our emotions and now as the words would go unheard this is how we shall remember our sweet surrender for you looked at me with silent eyes full with love, understanding, and compromise you did not want it all your way you did not taunt me with your say you will not haunt me on judgment day for I looked at you with silent eyes full of mischief, comprehension, and a realize you had a beginning that I was not in I had a past gone thick and thin we were now one in a lowering sun as we shared a look with silent eyes full of love laden of promise awash with silent sighs so in the days when words may not compute just look with your silent eyes, hear, in silence, no refute and in our silent eyes hear no lies just our sweet, low sighs as we love with silent eyes |

this is absolutely wonderful. . . the flow is excellent. . . like water. . . -------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

Aw man LIW, you're not playing fair with poetry like this. I saw something in it myself, and I like what I saw, through my own silent eyes. |

"you had a beginning that I was not in I had a past gone thick and thin we were now one in a lowering sun" There is no past, with a loving present even futures can be disregarded when here and now can remind us that the reality of a good love does exist LiW - you are an extraordinary poet this too is a true treasure |
