Do I remember this! I am originally from Winnipeg and lived on the river, where when flood warming surfaced, you ran like crazy with a sand bag in your hand and everyone went home filthy for weeks. You got the moment down pat in this one, great job!

living in seattle ( which i did for 3 years) i suppose you know all about fog
