I'm not much for Haiku's but this is what they are supposed to be like. Wonderful. Joyce |

Do I remember this! I am originally from Winnipeg and lived on the river, where when flood warming surfaced, you ran like crazy with a sand bag in your hand and everyone went home filthy for weeks. You got the moment down pat in this one, great job! ~*~ I write ~ Therefore I am ~*~ |

Julian, Beautiful Haiku. No picture needed as it paints its very own with your choice of words. But, your picture is beautiful too. This is a terrific piece. Thanks for sharing it with us. Panne |

I thought it was a great work. I think it is something how so few words can say so much. Also! The picture was perfect over the poem. Roger - a new member. |

I like short form because in focuses your words and thoughts very distinctly. Thank you for reading. Jamie: yes, as you know we are definitely in fog country out here in the Pacific NW. lol "I am not now that which I have been." |

JL - Methinks this is a full fleged Haiku. Well done! Live for love. Without love, you don't live. |
