The Same Wind Blows Who wants to lose their freedom? I will be the first to say "not I." You seem to believe I would take your freedom away. I can only wonder why. The same wind blows across our bodies gently caressing us in mysterious ways. It comes and goes as it pleases and always has it's way. And yet isn't it reassuring to know that the gentle wind is always close and never too far away? Each time you come my way I love the feel of your gentle caress. I love to bathe in your beauty and soak in the luxury of your loveliness. Still I know you will stay only for awhile and then you will go and I have no problem with that. Yet when you stand close at hand I will enjoy you all I can. And when you're gone patiently wait until your gentle caress of which I'm blessed comes to me once again. I don't want to take your freedom yet sometimes I want to hold your hand. I love you just the way you are. I hope you understand. Jameslee@May08,2001 |

It's a good poem James, but in my opinion the freedom spoken of her is over rated. Joyce |
