Passion By: Noah Eaton 5/7/01 It’s all in my head, but how it sears my head A dreadnought of heat setting greek fire to my arteries Exploding in siren screams, echoing endlessly A deep hunger in my heart, burning to find my darling Stowaway in my fantasies Setting cruise control, but I find myself going out of control Like Chicken Little, but the sky is really falling upon me I’ve got to get over, but I get dragged over everywhere I go Passion seduces my mind, drowning me in her ocean of pleasure Sunstruck frequently in her love, her desires flooding my mind Bedridden in desert heat, with a burning fever Desiring the one who will color my world, set my heart alight I try to keep away I try to dowse the flames But this burning just keeps on going I can’t control it She tempts me in my dreams, I come to embrace her The medicine man of passion screaming, as I make ongoing love to her A bomb of desire bursts sporadically Losing myself from a mirage yet again, my eyes in a dazy blur I am craving for true love to come to me As this passion burns on inside of me Waiting on to find my love in time And see this passion subside… Is it possible? |
