As Rose Petals Fall I Ask

As Luna abates the winter solstice emanates
with gentle radiance casting
crystalline brilliance to nights inclement residue.
Rose petals fall in tepid breeze as
winters calling holds back for one last dance,
daffodils and posies worthy of bouquets
sway to and fro.

Harmony and peace abide this picturesque
moment as if knowing time
was coming to an end and true seasonal change
would rule the land. One could find
them selves rapt in awe, poised in wonderment,
celebrating such a momentous theme
inspirational in magnitude.

What captivating influence these earthy gifts
have when given the opportunity
to penetrate deeply with powers only nature
can provide, promoting tranquillity’s
healing powers to a weary soul. We as humans
fail to remember  the power of
nature when capsized in our own limited self.

I merely rapt in “awe” poised in “wonderment”
watching rose petals fall, ask myself
why do I let the love for life pass by when at
this moment “seeing” such beauty so
freely given and am asked “nothing” in return
except to be merely thankful!

To All of You,

I have been really down of late when it comes to my writing, not feeling it is very good, I have fought so hard with spelling and grammar this past year and I do know I have come along ways, I just for some reason seem at odds with it and on top of it my muse has up and went on vacation I think it likes it were ever that is cause it's taking it's sweet time! So when I say that all of your replys mean so very much I truly do mean it, I know from this reply that when I say I have just been at a loss for words you would not think so but that really is how it's been and I hope to be back to my old self here real soon and do some real replying to your work until then once again thank you so very much for your loving replys.

Love, Cerenity
