I put the tape in and push play The wheels spin and the song begins Your song Our song The song that was once The song of my heart The melody of my love Telling the story of our love In music and in rhyme A love that I thought Would last forever Until the day you stopped Singing your part And I was left humming the song alone And now, the words begin again "I believe in you... in my heart..." And I turn off the tape Not wanting to hear The words of that Melody Again passion is life. . . ~Diana [This message has been edited by Passions Voice (edited 05-04-2001).] |
