~Friday Morning Sighs~

can you
please me
with your morning
visions
of eyes upon mine,
yours

of words
expressed
so lovingly
of touches
eyes adore

can you
hear the rhythm
of my heart
when drumming
just for you

see the want
in ~velvet eyes~
when
looking back
at blue

do you
understand the smile
you view
that occupies
this face

realize
one look
from you
can make
the drumming race

that only looks
and words
between
the two of us
can show

how needed
you are
in my life
and how I wish
it so

to be desired
just the same
to please
with ~velvet eyes~

come share
with me
your touch,
my feel
Our
~friday morning sighs~

* or any day you wish it to be..

~Wynter ...looking through ~velvet hazel eyes~

Wynter...."..wishing to be desired..." Another fine poem. Do you know the situation comedy, "Coach?" ....Shellie Fabrege (sp?)....the heart throb of the Donna Reed show...showing my age here. "Coach" once had a wonderful treatment on the subject of "wishing to be desired.." Thanks for the memory.  Bob

You're very welcome. Even if I don't stop by to reply, hopefully as a friend, I'm always around...

never will your smile a memory be, or velvet hazel eyes, as they stare into blue.
