I am Eve reaching blindly toward the fruit always longing for one more taste arms outstretched to touch the edge of desire. Closer, closer, the haunting shadow of your love remains elusive The bulging tree of knowledge offers such tantalizing appetizers but never the whole thing-Oh no. Sweetness trickles over my lips but my hunger is not sated. Come, bend just a little you hold such a heavy burden let me have some of it let me have all of you and you will grow in the knowledge of love and I will take you with me to the outer limits of the garden. |

It was in that very place in the garden, that I fell apart. Wonderful writing. "I am not now that which I have been." |

Yes, without Eve's sacrifice none of this, none of us would be here. The plan would never have been implemented, none of us would be able to seek higher glory, and there would be only two in the Garden. She gets such a bad rap most of the time. |

Catalina....The only "safe" time to read this is early in the morning....and even then, one feels the need to focus on the transformation that occurs from "reaching blindly"...to the later assertion, the later promise that one will "grow in knowledge". The want to re-read it underlines the fact that you really have captured that moment in time. Quite well written. Thanks for sharing. Bob PS Now, about the Lord walking in the COOL of the day. |

Sandra, Beautiful, and one of your most incredible works by far. We have to keep dreaming of that garden. Your visions of that elusive paradise paints an even deeper longing to the reader, and gives us all hope that it can exist... Love, Elise |

Love this one Sandra. . . I love the promise of it. . . it's wonderful. . . ---------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |
