Well, Ah'm a sanitation engineer
And Ah'd lak ta makes one thing clear
Dis Earth Day ain't what Ah likes
Spearing trash after wit ma pike

Dere's beercans, bottles, litter
Condoms, needles, sparklin glitter
Flyers, leaflets and propergandy
Fast food wraps and half-et candy

Now, what's Ah'm wonderin is where
The folks is that say they's care
Earth Day ain't jus a one-shot day
S'gotta be goin on all da way

So, while's Ah'm cleanin up yer mess
Take some time and think of this:
If'n ya really meant wut ya say
Den Ah'd be 'laxin at home today

Really nice use of dialect.  Totally adds another dimension to the poem that makes it much more real.

Unrequited love sucks.
