Sunbeams Going Down Virginia Salter fresh air gentle breeze sunbeams going down crimson sky cotton-candy clouds an end-of-day crown heavier the air does grow as dampness touches skin more slowly do my footsteps go as slumber reaches in luring me pulling me with a power strong and sure lulling me to a peace of mind convincing I’m secure ©April 18, 2000 |

I really like this poem. "luring me to a peace of mind convincing I’m secure" If this is how you really feel you must sleep like a baby =) Great poem! *JOE* |
