I wear humiliation uncomfortably In eyes that rarely meet anothers A stiffness to my movements An added weight that holds me awkwardly still This picture, My life, is a little too bright suddenly as after too much darkness, the sun would always be And sunglasses thankfully can at least hide my shame and my confusion while I study the painfilled reality of where I've been |

Tessa, it is knowing where we have been that gives us strength to find were we are going.....well penned words here Tessa. *s* On the wings of words our spirits fly....and our souls are free. |

Juanrodriques - Thank you for the compliment. 1slick_lady - Thank you. I do feel somehow stronger. I appriciate the comments you were kind enough to give on my poetry. |
