what an incredible feeling it was to hold you again. and to think at night while i lay trying to sleep, it was just beginning to not feel so lonely and so cold. but just having those comforting arms around me, even just for those mere few minutes, was enough to send my mind spiralling into a chaotic whirlwind of memories. i could feel so deep inside me, beneath the smile and the laughs, that my soul was crying.
