I haven't met you yet,
but I'm sure
you will be the one
I've waited for.
May God hold you in his hand
until it be within his plan
for us to meet
and love forevermore.

I haven't seen you yet,
but I know
God's touch upon your life
will surely show.
Please wait patiently for me
'til it is time for us to be
in that place
where only lovers go.

I haven't heard your voice,
but in my heart,
I will know it's you
right from the start.
Your soul will sing to me
that old fashioned melody
that I've been hearing
all the years we've been apart.

I haven't felt your touch,
but in my mind,
you and I have made love
a million times.
You will set my heart on fire,
lots of love mingled with desire,
You and I will have a love
that's one of a kind.

I haven't met you yet,
but I'm sure,
you will be the one
I've waited for.
