I've seen your face
but never looked into your eyes
you've touched my heart
but never heard my sighs

You've given me treasures
of the non-materialistic kind
beautiful gifts of poetry
a feast for my mind

I've seen glimpses
of your everyday
even though
we are worlds away

You've given me smiles
though you could never see
how your words
have effected me

I've known poets
but none with such flair
yours is a talent
unable to compare

SEA - your writings are very tender, and precious. A romantic at heart, as I, and who loves to write about it.

Wonderful complete with your gentle style that always just under the surface says so much.

Ditto
(very cool poem)

Though my soul may sit in darkness,
It will arise in perfect light.
For I have loved the stars too fondly ...
To be fearful of the night.

To bring you one smile would be enough, but to give you such pleasure is what I think we all as poets strive to do in our writing.  I truly loved this, SEA.
