Listening to every heart

In bending over
I found myself today
when I looked down,
bent over,
picked myself up.

Easier to do than most think…

so many look up, around,
keep their eye on the sky
or see the big picture…

me?

I wanted to see where
my feet were planted,
and I found,
when I looked down,
that they were
deeply rooted
in my
needs.

now I fly thru the flame ...
and walk on me lips on broken glass
