Closely Hold Me by Michael When shadows I no longer cast in darkest hours of dismay and hope looks like it cannot last please closely hold me on that day. I promise it be only brief. Just long enough that I might rest, so I'll feel safe, get some relief, until I am back at my best. Yes, even I am sometimes weak, this source of hope you've come to know. So small I feel and often meek and wonder if I still can glow. Some dreams I know now I won't find, but tears will never wet my face. I've settled it within my mind. I only ask this short embrace. When strength returns and finds its voice, I'll thank you in a special way. For now I simply need your warmth. There are no words you need to say. Proust- |

Michael~ Often what we say in silent touching is just perfectly said. 'For now I simply need your warmth. There are no words you need to say.' Beautiful thoughts, my friend. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Tender are the words unspoken in touch! Your writing shows that of a kind and gentle soul. How lovely this was. |
