Earth Day Haiku's

Today is Earth Day
And the Sun is smiling Bright
thank you for this gift

the sprouts are bathing
in her loving life promise
happy is the day

these are gifts for us
renewed by sweet mother Earth
unselfish this love

We give just one day
she gives to us everyday
without asking much.

indeed she does, and we need to return the favor everyday, not just when Earth Day reminds us.
We need to give back some of what we take...
or it will all be gone too soon.
