Keeper Of The Light In silent dreams of yesterday Hearing music of the sea In voice across the waves, that sway And dance her melting heart for thee Standing lone, she lights her keep Vanilla scenting on her mind In silent dreams, her vigil sleeps Till comes the morn and voice she finds Of ships that sail her body, blue Or rest upon her soft white beach She's lived courageous, standing tall As eyes behold return of each. ~Wynter/Maureen "The worst prison would be a closed heart". |
