Sit in Silence and Listen Hard
to the emotions  
from your heart.

Let your thoughts
come from within
Sit in Silence
and begin .

Find the Truth
in what you hear
It's Your thoughts
There's nothing to fear .

Listen hard
to what you've said
Collect your thoughts
from inside your head.

Honesty and Truth
can only be herd
from so many of
Your unspoken words.

Expressions,
are the most important aspects, they create impressions
