Hidden Wisdom

A town fool enters the bakery each morning,
Ordering his daily bread.
The baker smiling and only sporting, asked
Would you like some cake instead?
The fool said I don't know what you mean by cake.
Why cake is but a fancy bread
The fool thought and nodded his head and said,
I think I'd rather simple bread.

your wise is ever on the rise
And of your "hidden wisdom" ...
I'll take a bakers dozen.

we can learn so much from you...
me

I love your imperfections ... I love your everything ...
Your broken heart ... your broken wings.

Lady in White,
Thank you *L*

JM,
With a bakers dozen you get a piece of cake.

I wonder if the guillotine
Could have stayed all nice and clean
And body remained attached to head
If Marie had offered fancy bread?

*G* Sorry, Seymour... my mind just has to hop down some bunny trails that probably are better left unexplored. *G*

Nothing foolish about your fool... he was able to choose between needs and wants... many of us never manage. Well done!

Seymour~
Your thoughts are surely the icing
on an otherwise order of 'simple bread'.

Glad to see you aren't 'LOAFING' !
