Extinction As they slip forever from view, our minds adjust the picture to ease the guilt of what has been. That music fading from our ears, will be replaced by other roars, machinery humming to the human beat. Meat in favor of plants shall end tropical rains, but madness seeks her revenge. Rulers see no reason to stop mighty corporations from flushing this earth. Only our children will pay for our crimes. © 2001 Corinne Bailey |

The sad problem is that nothing really changes.... unless we can figure out how to make a buck on it. Mother nature is going to just get fed up and swat us with a meteor. Nice write sweet poet. Parker |
