Easter eggs will come Just like the morning sun Raised is He our Lord Easter eggs we'll hide So that eyes will open wide All His gifts we hoard We know what we've found Like a child who has plenty Finds a soul to give Easter baskets full Just like the morning sky Hearts burst that He lives! Easter eggs are fun But there goes the setting sun Freed from our prison For we're easter eggs And we shout from our new shells Lord God has risen! |
