Our hands touch, dirt covered Then our eyes meet, sweat dripping The world goes away in that look You offer your mouth, lemonade taste We lay back in the grass, clover scented And dream under a summer sky Tools pushed aside, flowers forgotten One lone rose petal, delicately used The birds rejoice with us Summer breezes on our bodies, soft caress Sunset blazes across the sky, sailors delight Theres always tomorrow...to plant this garden |

But tomorrow you may remember today and that garden may never get planted. Well, there's always the produce department! Speak when you are angry--and you'll make the best speech you'll ever regret...Laurence J. Peter |

Paula...I love the way you constructed this throughout in sort of a thought, after-thought way. The picture painted, the word flow, a unique consistant meter of its own.....everything is perfect! Well crafted and a very, very nice read. Mike |

You were hiding in the tall grass weren't ya? I'll find ya, there's no escaping...do I have to help with the garden the next day?......aw! I do! Oh well that's the price ya pay ain't it? |
