Does it still love
Even when it bleeds?
Why does it beg
When it doesn’t need?
Coming down on me
The wrath
The strain
The hate
The pain
Does it still hate
Even when it’s loved?
Does it still need
But cannot beg?
Even monsters cry
When their sky goes dry

mmmm...the crispness of your words is thought provoking. I loved the whole idea surrounding this piece. Interesting perspective.
Bravo!
