Robberies in night's stand still Shattered windows Broken dreams On the lone highway Within a bottle Peyote dances Tweleve nights In the crucified deserts On sedimentary sands Around the fire circle In a cave In a lost river bed Out in the wilderness Into the unknown Nothing is certain Within the urban labrythn Street hustlers And corner cunt workers -Feather hat lords Running on crystal hills From emerald diamond dancers Street phantoms The tear drop rapist is found In the depth of the city And neighborhoods are shaken By trainwreck earthquakes Out there Where the trees erect From underground realms of secrecy Like ancient hiroglific monuments Lies a grand enterprise The magazine article A derivative of life An abstraction of death And where the water Meets the sand And washes ashore From far away lands Life is created Father water releases Children From the seas treachery And emotions Are bourne California The one which I adore |
