The Understudy How your love I yearn to feel Without your touch my pain can’t heal The moon, the stars, could all be ours And I’d not feel these love-torn scars So long ago, years ‘fore today To you I gave my heart away Love indeed doth take its toll For now you hold my heart-rent soul You hold it far beneath your eyes You try to hide but no disguise Can keep it from your own for good And what now stands where my love stood? Have you found a better way To reconcile the night with day and yearnings of the heart so strong? Could it all have been so wrong? |

You hit the nail on the head in a situation I went through. Love takes it's toll on alot of things. That was a good read. |
