I Forgive You I forgive you For hating me I’ve moved on I can only hope That you have too. I forgive you For yelling at me I’ve learned My lesson Have you? I forgive you For hurting me Even though I hurt myself More than you could. I forgive you For everything you did But I Can never forgive Myself. |

Sometime, someday... you shall forgive yourself Keep your chin up!! A friend, like a candle, is most needed in the darkness. |

It's the not forgiving yourself that does the damage. Remember there were 2 people. SharaRose @-->-- Of sound, and speech let all lift the hearer! |

Very touching poem, I know what it's like to be able to forgive everyone but yourself. Well written. |

Thank you all for your comments. And SharaRose, there were actually four people that I wrote this to. They all betrayed me in the worst way. |

I know what it feels like to be betrayed. I still blame myself for what happened, though most of it is unjustified. Excellent poem again, and going in my library, again. WinterWren |

Thank you WinterWren. You may only be one person to the world, but you may also be the world to one person. |
