You hated me, Twisted me tainted me, Black with profanity, You gave up on me. Why would you do something like this? Turned me around, Made the tears unbound, You loved me - now theres not a sound. Just the silent ground, I walk on, You made my life drown, I was your little pawn. Wasn't I? You used me, Abused me, Confused me. Now I'm not the sight you thought you'd see, I grew strong, Stood up, Proved you wrong. You hated me, Twisted me tainted me, Black with profanity, You gave up on me... |

I like that at the end you offered hope by saying that you were strong you know. That you rose up and didn't stay down. And I understand the emotion you portray very well. I ought to at least. Oh well, that's my messed up life. You wrote a good poem. ~Keep dreaming~ |
