Don't be like me. I'm an artist, a writer, a poet, with everything to lose. and I'm hooked on drugs. Stupid, like the rest like me. Kurt, Jim, Andrew Wisprwnd. Loved to love themselves so much they died! And now I know my way. I'm sorry, my love, for not seeing what I was. Love my memory... more than you loved my heart. Anyone know what to say? I must state here that this is, in my opinion your very best post and your most mature. You've presented it nicely, spelling check must have been on, not talking gibberish 'because your bored' and although the subject is negative it's impressive. Wow! if this is what you can do please do it all the time. I am sincerely impressed by this write of yours. Well done! Well done indeed. |

Kurt Cobain thought of himself as an "anemic ratboy," and shot so much heroin he had to be carted out to some concerts. This is loving yourself so much? And Jim Morrison let alcohol ruin his life (his disastrous appearance in Florida where he decided to expose himself after showing up to the concert three hours late pretty much marked the end of the Doors) But if you want to align yourself with artists who were wonderful writers despite themselves, go ahead. |
