I'm climbing walls because I don't want to. Too much effort and not enough sleep. I must be lazy, 'cause it's what they tell me. But there's never enough for me to keep. I wanna know where the scars are from, to taste the tears before they're gone. So tired when they won't die down, dry enough to make you drown. And you leave me, bruise in blossom, to fade where no one bleeds. Love's depression on a pedestal. Epifany that no one needs. "I don't need to scream for you to deem me aggravation." |

Beautiful read with my coffee...ty, enjoyed greatly. "There is an alter ego which dwells within every soul."(C)alibaster |

"And you leave me, bruise in blossom, to fade where no one bleeds. Love's depression on a pedestal. Epifany that no one needs" This last stanza feels enigmatic, the last 2 lines esp. Makes me think deeply.. |
