I really cared about you, about us.
I let go of my heart, let my heart lead me
For once I let my myself love another
Paying no heed to what my mind did see.

I don’t understand why you are doing this
Making me dream of things to come
Leading me on with your false hope
Making me feel like I’ve come undone.

Without a word, you cut me off
You don’t even care about what you’ve done
You left me behind in a shattered dream,
Never knowing what we could have become.

so many of us get left this way....
but it somehow seems justified when we are the ones writing them off... or maybe my friends are just.. well you know the word.

one day, far from now, you'll wake up and not know how you got there or why the pain is gone.
you may even miss the pain.
good luck, and i hope the writing helps.

I think things are getting a little better now and that person seems to be coming around.
