Watch that girl on the floor

Watch that girl on the floor, as her tears devour her
Watch, as the walls close in, smothering her

Listen as the cries of her soul deafen her
Listen and you can hear the shattering of the heart inside her

Feel her skin, she is cold, the distress has frozen her
Feel her breath as it begins to shallow, the ache is choking her.

Watch her as she looks at you
Listen as she calls for help
Feel her hands and hold them tight
Pray for her
Care for her
Love her
And she will be all right

There she lies on her floor….
Waiting for someone to open the door.

Ooh, I like. Reminds me a bit of my poem "Love is lying on the floor."
