Evil caresses my face, as I try to read my skin, my story. Then I see, there isn't one. I drown out your sounds, not regretting what I'd done, I'm sorry. But I can't help you, it's too late. The piercing sound of your cries, make my mind scream, like you. But I can't taste your ... your pain. You sink in deeper, I push you down more. You pull me in. I am lost. All I see is look on your face. Satisfaction. All I know, is what you think. Death. I am deserving. You step away. Look me in the eyes, Then walk away. Speachless...thoughtless...feelingless...mindless That drives me crazy, And that hurts the most... If we follow the invisible line of hatred, it will lead us straight to our hearts..... and pierce. |

Well, what can I say? I write to inspire... LoL. . Well, it was about a lot of things, of which I'm not sure you've come by yet, or anyone... Anyway, It's kind of about how I think I mean so much, but know deep in my mind (not heart) that I don't mean anything... And then, how when I go to get the attention of a person that I care for (whom I will not name) I do some very stupid things, and act tough ... but then when I let them go, and give up, they don't even say anything... and that's what hurts the most, as I let my facade down... I should have to pretend, but I have... a multiple personality or something. Ha. Well, anyway ... that was probably as hard to understand, as it was to explain. Sometimes, things are better left a mystery... Well, whatever. Thanks for reading. _Sara_ If we follow the invisible line of hatred, it will lead us straight to our hearts..... and pierce. |

I really like this... humble roughness, or what I should call it. Anyway, I enjoyed reading. "You sink in deeper, I push you down more. You pull me in. I am lost." Nice stanza.. Yours truly ~Broken~ Such griefs with such men well agree, But wherefore, wherefore fall on me ? To be beloved is all I need, And whom I love, I love indeed. Hey there miss Sara~ You've went emotion bound with this one and I like it...but can't help wondering at the helplessness? Pave that road yourself hunny...and wander the silence with smiles... enjoyed this!!! take care you! Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... |

yeah...i get what your trying to say! it is hard to explain in a way...i mean there isn't always an easy way of explaining things but like i said before i loved it, mystery or not. silence does really speak. maybe even louder than words sometimes. no, silence doesn't speak, it screams. i could write a poem about that! i think i'm going to except in a different way. i am also going to post my old ones. well anyways here i am blabbing on and on again. i better go. bye! life may just take a while but i guess heaven's worth the wait |

I"ve always wondered. . . if silence can make a sane man mad. . . can noise make a mad man sane??? one of life's questions. . . you've answered the other one here. . . keep listening. . . ------------------------------------------------------ To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

Sven, Maybe what can drive a sane man mad, can drive a mad man sane... Ever seen House On Haunted Hill? Maybe you'd get it if you did... |

the title made me immediately think of the tell tale heart... with that in mind, i imagined the insanity gripping harder as the poem went on... enjoyed this. it's our struggle for identity that leaves us all unknown |
