change just one sight
mirror that fright
Drained of all love and hope.... keep tonight
the spirit alive that you taught
out of true purity,
out of your arm held up in fight
for all that you stand
and all that you give grand
And how so fought
for all that is man
can we give back?
do we truly understand?
or are we merely man....
can your choice be to stand
not above, not a gift in hand
to love all without reproach
here's to you, my coach
my three point shot
just won the game for you!
wear that broach
for you above all else, deserve it!
upon your silk ties
remove the mark that stains
am not beginning
to rectify your pains
wiithin the reigns
but just know that i love
and want to remove the pains
seen a dove lately?
saw it diving for your heart
crying at your pain
can it chance tthe loss
whilst the world tried to feed it alkaseltzers?
of course it can,
for on its borne wings
is the hope that you will shine brighter
than the glares of the sun
on the ocean blue
here's to you.
