PLEASE!? (HE'S GONE) Burning tears, stream down my face. Please let me leave, this darkened place. Why won't they stop? When did they start? Please help me heal, my broken heart. Please lift these tears, from my swollen cheek. Please help me stand, my legs are too weak. Please take this horrid, taste from my tongue. Please hold me here, if I try to run. Please take the sword, from my chest. Please understand, that I tried my best. Please let me get through, the next couple of days. Please take away, this gloomy haze. Please listen when I say, I love you & don't want you to go. Please embrace these words, because it's the only truth I know! Thanx you guys!!--Yea I'm hoping we can figure sumpthin out, we've been together for over 2 years now & more than half was long distant--The stress was too much, with me in school & him working so much--We both would of ended up hating each other, so in the end this is a good thing--lol--& hopefully soon we will be together again!! I know the feelings really well too. The only hope I can give you is to use the time apart to get deeper in touch with yourself. (reading your poetry, it sounds like you're already doing that quite a bit) Good luck. JT |

Yea Thanx JT!!--I have written so much in these past months, it really does help--& I really am learning a lot, it feels kinda good, but I have my times where I want to be with him & stuff still! LOVE ELMO |

Such emotion that it pours out all over through the poem. I most definately enjoyed reading this. Sometimes you have a way with words that just hooks the reader. Good cannot exist without evil. Darkness I embrace. |
