As the days go by I wonder
Will things ever be easy?
Will life ever be simple?
Why does the pain always stay so long?
It hurts so much
Everyday is a struggle to survive
Suicide is always on my mind
Am I strong enough to go on?
Or will I take the easy way out?
This world is full of heart ache and pain
No one wishes to live like this
My life will never be the way it should
Things will only get harder as the years progress
The road I'm on will get me no where
I need to find myself a new path, so easily lead astray, I must find my way

I enjoyed reading this, although it is very sad, but trust me it does get better eventually--It can't get much worse, right? Just remember no matter how bad you have it at some point somebody, somewhere else has it much worse! Great work here!

i really enjoyed this poem. I've felt like u've felt for most of my life and believe me i kno how it feels to want to take the easy way out and not knowing if your gonna be strong enough to live to see the next day...you expressed yourself nicely...good job
