This poem was inspired by a friend at passions that reminded me what this forum is all about and what we are all here for. Thank you My friend

An assembly of teens all are we
who assist each other in durations of trouble
A "family of friends" is what we say
believe me we display it in every way.
we consolate the ones who are in pain
and longing there predicament will instantaneously fade.
WE bestow inspiration and occasionally we shed a tear
but simultaneously we have nothing to fear.
Yes we know each other not
Nevertheless to us we do not care
for we are a "family of friends"
and to us we’ll always be there.

This was a wonderful tribute to our family of friends. Wonderful post.

An excellent tribute to the people here, no wonder it got such a positive reaction.  ~_^
The old saying, you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family?  I shake my head at that, and point to the sign in the upper-right of the blue border.  This is how we pick our family.

I personally don't consider Passions only as a "family of friends"
but "friends within a family"
