i just wrote this. it's really bad and i'm not so sure about the tittle but oh well it's a post. You live in a safe little world, where you know everyones name and they know yours. Life is easy and you still have a safe grip on your inocence. Then one day it all comes to an end. Everyones crying and hugging, saying goodbye. Your thrown into a world so different from before. No longer do you know who's who and what's what. The people who you saw everyday you hardly ever see. Some of them not at all. You slowly lose your grip on your inocence as you discover what the real world has to offer. No longer is anything easy, no longer do you see your life as carefree. |

a very lasting message in my mind.. and it is not bad! it reads almost very loosely and almost reads as a speach instead of a poem..i like that.. or at least i think it reads loosely.. great post! "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro" |

interesting poem short but straight to the point i do agree with anomaly on this it did read easy but for me it was more like a short letter yes, the real world, it's not defenitely not easy thanks for sharing I see no changes, wake up in the morning I ask myself, "Is life worth living or should I blast myself" TUPAC SHAKUR |

Nice... makes me nervous about entering the real world. It's too bad that we all have to find this eventually, isn't it? I noticed a theme in your writing, like you have lately been getting hit with a veritable deluge of reality. This can be tough. *hehe* this makes me think of the story of the tv show Cheers... if you dont know what it is, then i apologize... just found it ironic how such a down-beat piece could have such an upbeat interpretation... |
